TRAVEL AND LODGING QUESTIONS
1. Where are we located?
We are located in Beaverton, Oregon - a suburb of Portland, Oregon
2. How do we get to Beaverton?
You have the option of either flying, arriving by bus or the Amtrak Train. Some students have even driven.
3. To what city do we make travel arrangements?
All the stations: Train, Bus, or Airplane are in Portland, Oregon
4. How many days will I be gone?
The classes start on Mondays and goes through Saturday. Most students arrive sometime on Sunday and either leave on Saturday evening or the following Sunday.
5. Will anyone pick us up at the airport, train or bus?
For getting to the hotel from the airport or train/bus station and back to the airport after class the following services are available: (Be sure to have your transportation schedule available)

When making reservations please make sure to ask for the "Alexia's Auto Appearance" negotiated rate.
Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card, or advanced deposit.
Rates: The rate for a week long stay will be $508.20. This number is based uon a nightly rate of $66.00 + 10% lodging tax for a 7 night stay. The nightly rate of $66.00+tax will be good for all travelers staying anywhere between 5 and 7 nights. (If the guest is only staying for 1 to 4 nights, then the rate will be $84.00+Tax.)
Hotel will provide transportation to and from school.
7. How do I get to the training?
The hotel will bring you to the school every day and pick you up in the evening after school and return you to the hotel.
8. How to I get back to the airport/ bus/ train station?
The Eagle Shuttle or AM-PM Towncar will arrange to take you to the airport/bus/train in plenty of time to catch your ride.
